Jeffrey C Pellet

A property claims appraiser with experience as a public adjuster, Jeffrey C. Pellet has served as a policyholders’ representative and property damage appraiser in the Plantation, Florida region since 2001. In this position he primarily functions as a neutral umpire for insurance companies and other carriers, with an objective of making a sound judgment and awarding damages based on his expert knowledge and experience. His specific duties include reviewing accident reports and photographs, reviewing estimates, and comparing claims to past cases. During his time as an appraiser and adjuster Jeffrey C. Pellet has worked with a number of local and national insurance providers, including Florida Select Insurance and Nationwide Insurance, to name a few.

A certified Wind Storm Umpire, Mr. Pellet is a member of the Property Loss Appraisal Network and a former member of the Insurance Appraisal and Umpire Association. His diverse professional experience has allowed him to settle disputes over many property types, including fine arts, aircraft, and both residential and commercial properties. In addition to his work as an independent appraiser and adjuster, Mr. Pellet has published numerous articles in the industry magazine Claims.
